Your cat's details:

- Vaccination status and any vaccination records
- Spay/neuter status, temperament, comfort around other cats, and litter training
- Allergies, dietary needs, and special requests
Booking & stay information:
- Booking dates, service type, and check-in times
- Photos and videos of your cat during their stay
- Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or phone
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide cat boarding, daycare, and pickup/drop-off
- Confirm your booking and arrange your cat's stay
- Send you daily photo/video updates and respond to your messages
- Contact you quickly in case of an emergency
- Keep basic care and vaccination records for your cat's safety
We do not send marketing spam. We only contact you about your booking unless you ask us to share offers.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it in these limited cases:
- Veterinary care: In a medical emergency, we may share your cat's health details with our partner vet or a nearby clinic.
- Website & analytics tools: Our site is hosted on Vercel and uses privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics and Umami) to understand site usage.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or a valid legal request.
4. Photos & Videos
We take photos and videos of your cat during their stay for:
- Daily updates: sent directly to you via WhatsApp or email
- Our social media/website: only if you're happy for us to (you can opt out anytime)
If you'd prefer we never post your cat's photos publicly, just tell us at booking — that's completely fine.
5. How We Keep It Safe
- We keep your details only as long as needed to care for your cat and maintain our records.
- Access is limited to the people who run Purr Stay — we don't hand your information around.
- Our facility has 24/7 CCTV monitoring for the safety of the cats in our care.
No system is ever 100% secure, but we treat your information with the same care we give your cat.
6. Your Choices
You can always:
- Ask what we hold about you and your cat
- Correct anything that's wrong or out of date
- Ask us to delete your information (where we're not required to keep it)
- Opt out of having your cat's photos shared publicly
